Project Description
Media Journey to Vietnam from 4 to 9 July 2022 reserved for a small group of Italian journalists for the Media Event prepared for the upcoming launch in Italy of Vinfast, a Vietnamese car brand.
The program included a visit to the modern Vinfast car plant, the test of ICE and electric cars, an e-scooter and the discovery of the varied world that revolves around the Vietnamese brand. In addition to the Ha Long and Haipong area where the production center is located, visits have also been organized to Hanoi and Nha Trang where VinGroup has numerous interesting projects underway: from resorts to residential areas, from universities to smart residential areas.
Event operational secretariat, medialist and invitation management, coordination and supervision of air tickets and transfers, production of forms and documents necessary for Covid19 and visa, management of information flows (press release & images), post-event debrief and press review.
