Apollo Tyres launches Terra Pro 1044 and 1045 radial tyres for compact construction equipment.
Amsterdam, 27 October 2022 – Apollo Tyres has introduced the all-new Terra Pro 1044 and Terra Pro 1045 radial tyres in Munich at Bauma 2022, the world’s leading construction and mining machinery trade fair.
Both of the new tyres have been developed for compact construction equipment, such as telescopic handlers, compact loaders and backhoe loaders. As with all Apollo industrial tyres, the Terra Pro tyres are engineered for tough conditions, with stand-out robustness and stability.
Terra Pro 1044
All Terra Pro tyres feature a steel belt and a tie bar, improving stability during loading and lifting. A sidewall protector and special cut- and crack-resistant compound guarantee robustness while working in mud or on loose debris.
The Terra Pro 1045 features a symmetrical tread consisting of alternating hexagons, which ensure optimum stability in all directions, even on slopes. The hexagon design also promotes even wear and wear resistance, especially when turning and manoeuvring with heavy loads. The symmetrical design provides balanced traction when driving forward and backwards.
Terra Pro 1045
The industrial traction pattern of the Terra Pro 1044 ensures traction on soft underfoot conditions like mud. The wide and V-shape ending of the lug in the centre part of the tread further improves stability while supporting a uniform wear pattern.
