Management of the presence of Italian journalists at the European launch of Vredestein Ultrac Pro, the new ultra-high performance summer tyre, which took place in Seville, Spain, from the afternoon of Sunday 10 March 2024 to Tuesday 12 March 2024.
Translation, geolocation and dispatch to Italian journalists of the press kit complete with images. Management of sending dedicated information materials to the media in Seville.
Event operational secretariat, management of media list and invitations, coordination and supervision of air tickets and transfers, production of forms and documents, management of information flows (press release & images), post-event debrief and press review.
