Castrol has launched the new Castrol Learning Campus, a state-of-the-art digital learning platform for workshops and distributors. The easy-to-use Campus has been designed to sharpen skills, enable staff to connect with their peers, elevate career prospects, and enhance business performance, as well as share insights into Castrol’s latest products and services.
A wide range of engaging and intuitive modules can be accessed, all tailored for individual users – from technical tutorials for technicians and workshop managers, to video sessions for sales agents and front-of-house staff that help to improve customer service and facilitate upselling.
The new learning platform has been designed to be quick and easy to access on any device via a single web-based application, with no need for users to remember multiple logins. The interactive content also enables users to learn at their own pace, at a time and a place that’s convenient for them, while fresh content will ensure learning material is always up to date.
Gavin Collis, Future Skills and Learning Lead at Castrol, said: “Castrol’s Learning Campus will help those working throughout our workshop and distributor network raise their confidence and boost performance. Whether it’s improving customer service levels, building product knowledge, or enhancing technical capability, users can be assured of benefitting from expert online tuition from a partner they can trust.”
The Castrol Learning Campus is a development of the existing Castrol Academy learning platform. All existing modules and user information, including user progress and certification details, have been automatically transferred over to the Castrol Learning Campus to ensure a seamless operating experience. Castrol’s Oil Essentials, iLearning and Castrol Zoom websites have also been incorporated into the new e-learning platform, enabling users to access all learning materials in one place.
