CitNOW Group, an industry-leading digital software provider, is launching CitNOW Imaging in Italy to help retailers and manufacturers improve the quality and consistency of images used for their new and used car advertisements. The technology is proven to increase lead generation and sales conversions, while enhancing the online customer experience and facilitating lead generation and sales conversions.

CitNOW Imaging guides the user with ghost images, and features AI (Artificial Intelligence) based quality control technology, that offers real-time feedback to sales staff on image quality. The vehicle asset management dashboard delivers a complete overview of all vehicle imagery requirements in one place. This reduces the time required to capture, review, and upload high-quality content consistently for every listing, meeting OEM and Group standards and allowing retailers to reduce expenditure on specialist photography.
CitNOW Imaging’s automatic background replacement feature is essential for multi-brand dealerships, allowing retailers to automatically introduce brand-aligned backgrounds into large volumes of vehicle listings. This provides sales staff with more options for when and where images can be taken, helping to reduce the time required to list stock online.
More than 1,400 retail sites in the UK are already benefiting from CitNOW Imaging. Within the first month of use, retailers report, on average, a 74% increase in website visits, a 14% increase in vehicle stock adverts, and more than 1,000 extra leads.
