As in previous years, the Conference will devote special attention to young researchers under 40: they will have an opportunity to submit their abstracts to a panel of experts from all over Europe, who will evaluate them and will award to the best 8 a travel grant covering the expenses to attend the event. The Call For Abstracts is already posted on the official website emn2025.com and will remain open for submission until 12 January 2025: a unique opportunity to present one’s work at the Conference, exchange views and get valuable feedback from professionals in this field.

The scientific programme includes:

  • EBAH accredited live educational sessions on current developments in myeloma research and clinical practices.
  • Topical issues of great clinical relevance, including treatment approaches for patients with high-risk smouldering multiple myeloma, the role of MRD, new diagnosis and treatment selection techniques, and a new definition of high risk.
  • New joint EHA and EMN guidelines, essential in clinical practice.
  • “Meet the Experts” sessions: small interactive discussion groups with experts in specific topics.
  • A session dedicated to patients’ associations, to include their views into future research and treatments.
  • Sponsored symposia, readings, presentations of abstracts and posters, oral presentations.
