Project Description
The BYD media event took place in The Hague, Netherlands, on August 25 and 26, 2022.
The media had the opportunity to get to know the brand, its organization, and its plans for Europe more closely. A short private course also offered the opportunity to test some of the electric models that will soon be available in Italy.
Event operations management, media list and invitation management, coordination and supervision of flight ticketing and transfers, and production of necessary forms and documents.
Anice was responsible for the BYD Press Office and PR for Italy and accompanied the Italian media, supporting them with their needs and requests, even after the event.
Management of information flows (press releases and images), post-event debriefing, and press review.
