Organisation and management for the Italian media of Expedition 1.0, the first Global Media Drive of the INEOS Grenadier 4X4, the uncompromising off-road vehicle. An unusual and adventurous test drive from the north of Scotland to The Grenadier Pub. On board the INEOS Grenadier, journalists from Italy’s most prestigious publications travelled through the wilds of Scotland, forded rivers, encountered splendid deer at close quarters and admired the astonishing spectacle of the set of the 007 film Skyfall to arrive in the heart of London, where it all began.
Operational event secretariat, selection of publications to invite, media management, invitation dispatch and telephone recall. Coordination and supervision of air tickets and transfers, direct and constant line with invited journalists with production of information, forms and accompaniment of the group of participants by the Head of the Press Office and PR Italy. Management of information flows (press releases, bespoke videos & images), post-event debrief, accounting of media expense reimbursements and press reviews.
