Italian media launch with press conference, test drive and interviews with Italian and international management of the innovative eLCV B-ON Pelkan in Bardolino (Verona, Italy), on the Garda Lake, on 9 and 10 July 2024 at the Aqualux Hotel Spa & Suite.
Anice handled relations with the international management, also providing professional photo and video services, and managed the organisational secretariat, which took care of preparing the list of invited media, drafting and distributing the invitation, optimising the programme, guest registration and logistics management. On-site presence to support journalists and the international team, expense reimbursement management, press review and final debrief.
On the content editorial side, the media relations agency Anice was responsible for the localisation and editorial adaptation of all materials part of the B-ON Pelkan press kit, which also includes the Smart Dispenser and the sustainable fleet and electricity supply management system.
