INEOS Automotive organized an exclusive test drive of the rugged INEOS Grenadier off-roader for Italian media during its participation at Wildays 2023 (June 9-11) in San Polo d’Enza (RE). Journalists present were able to experience firsthand, on-road and off-road, what makes this 4X4 a unique vehicle in its category.
Event operations management included selecting publications to invite, managing media lists, sending invitations, and follow-up calls. Coordination and supervision of rail ticketing and transfers, maintaining direct and constant communication with invited journalists, producing information and forms. Supervision of test drive routes and planning back-to-back test sessions for morning and afternoon, organizing lunches, dinners, and welcome coffee on a continuous cycle, complete and direct management of the media group by the Head of Press Office and PR Italy and their team. Professional photo and video services were tailored to the needs of the present media, managing information flows (press releases, bespoke video & images), post-event debriefing, reimbursement accounting for media expenses, and press review of articles published regarding the INEOS Grenadier test drive in San Polo d’Enza (RE).
