Press Office and PR activities for the PETRONAS Urania Grand Prix Truck (Misano, May 25–26, 2019).

Responsibilities included scheduling interviews between the management and attending media representatives at the racetrack.

Anicecommunication also managed relations with the event’s special guest, Chef Rubio, including coordination with his management, journalist interactions, accommodations, security, contractual matters, and labor law compliance during event preparation and the two-day event itself.

The event achieved over 140 published articles, six interviews, and extensive activity on Facebook and Instagram, with posts and video stories about the event garnering more than 336,500 interactions.

The press review for the event recorded an AVE (Advertising Value Equivalent) of over €119,000 and an OTS (Opportunity To See) of more than 655,000 potential reader
