Dynamic presentation of the new ultra smart XPENG G6 electric coupé SUV to the European media in Utrecht, the Netherlands, on 4 and 5 June 2024.
In addition to a press conference and a visit to the XPENG Center in Utrecht, the event included a media test drive of the XPENG G6. Thanks to its innovative technology and 800V architecture, large interior space, high level of comfort and uncompromising standard equipment, the XPENG G6 attracted great interest and very positive reactions from the media with coverage, as far as the Italian press is concerned, of more than 200 on and offline articles in the main trade, generalist and business magazines and an estimated reach of 296,500,000.
As part of the European presentation, Anice took care of the participation of the Italian media and relations with the international agency. There were 8 places reserved for the Italian Media and Anice, which managed the Italian organisational secretariat, selected the main publications, took care of the preparation of the list of invited media, the drafting and distribution of the invitation and press kit, the optimisation of the programme, the registration of guests on a special web platform and the management of the ticket office. The on-site presence, the final debrief with the management of the expenses reimbursements and the press clipping closed the operational circle.
On the content writing side, the media relations agency Anice handled the localisation and editorial adaptation of all content.
